We stand behind IsoBlade. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original packaging
- Unused or used only enough to evaluate the product
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at help@ isoblade.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at help@ isoblade.store with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at help@ isoblade.store and we'll look into it right away.
